Making Fusion Scale

Building a stable foundation for energy resilience

Our mission

"To deliver power generation technology which meets both environmental and economic demands in the long term"

Efficient. Safe. Clean. Resilient.

⚙️

Engineering
Breakeven

While the race to build the first fusion power plant is underway, progress remains constrained.

Improvements in energy yield are limited by plasma instability, which causes energy to leak from the reactor core.

Current solutions for containing the energy are expensive, with no realistic way to scale.

🔄

Commercial
Breakeven

We are developing IsoZero: a radical approach to energy confinement.

IsoZero is designed to tackle instability at the source, minimising energy loss and maximising energy output per unit cost.

We believe that IsoZero will take fusion energy generation from engineering feat to commercial success.

 🌱

Abundant
Growth

With advanced computational physics, we can demonstrate how IsoZero reshapes the limits of conventional confinement.

Together, we can build a stable foundation for abundant power generation that grows with both financial & environmental sustainability.

🛡️ Simulation Software

We are developing advanced computational tools to model and optimise IsoZero. A digital twin for future reactors enables us to iterate rapidly and de-risk efficiently.

From 2030, we will launch our software ConfiNeX as a vital design and analysis tool in an expanding fusion industry.

⚛️ Reactor Engineering

Using our technology stack, we aim to design a new generation of fusion reactors, aligned with future resource availability,  engineering capabilities and climate challenges.

In the 2040s, we aim to provide a reactor design licensed and built worldwide.

🚀

2040s

Scale

Using our IsoZero blueprint, we will help produce scalable power plants ready for the 2050 energy transition.

🎯

2030

Launch

We will launch a licensable reactor design alongside modelling and analysis software for instability suppression.

We are building proprietary computer simulations to help us design, optimise, and validate our reactors.

Simulations safeguard prototyping and a  proof of concept with minimal capital at risk.

Atum is raising funding to support the work and computational facilities for this phase of the project.

📍

2026

Build

IsoZero was first developed: a pioneering plasma confinement concept to build scalable fusion energy infrastructure.

Our ethos is foundational stability, with innately stable geometry at its core. We know that instability creates uncertainty, losses, and a plethora of risks.
